Manufacturing
The Li-Xing facility sits in Dayuan District, Taoyuan City, across two sites on Minzu Street for paper-making, converting, and warehousing. Three decades of operation, up to five converting lines running 24 hours when demand calls for it, and a quality team that signs off every shift.
Li-Xing builds its output around a small set of disciplines it will not relax: imported certified pulp for tissue, napkins, and jumbo rolls; its own paper-making line for hand-towel substrate; no fluorescent whitening agents; and a paper trail from inbound bale to outbound container.

Life Mastery is the household brand Li-Xing Paper launched in Taiwan in 1999. In Australia the trade mark is owned by Po-An Chien, trading as Wholesome Paper. A tissue, facial and hand towel range, packaged for shelf in supermarket and pharmacy channels.

Li-Xing Paper has served the Taiwan domestic market for three decades. Australia is its first export market, opened in 2026 through Wholesome Paper in Sydney. Other markets will follow as local partnerships and logistics are built. One country at a time, deliberately.
